The Third largest container ship of the world is MSC Gulsun manufactured by Samsung heavy Industries. It has the carrying capacity of 21,237 TEU and gross tonnage of 215,553. It is 399.90 m long, 58.60m wide and having draft of 16 m . It came into service in 2018 and is still in service operating under COSCO Shipping Lines (China Ocean Shipping Company Limited) Which is a Chinese multinational Transportation service.
The ship was delivered to the company on 12 June 2018 and registered under the port of Hong Kong. To optimize its performance it has been equipped with ABB Turbochargers and thus is able to achieve a speed of 22 Nautical miles per hour.

This ship is at the top of Golden class which is a series of 11 container ships built for Evergreen Marine. It was built with scrubbers already installed on it.
